July 16, 17, 18 and 19, 2018
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday
9:00am to 5:00pm
This workshop retreat is an opportunity to broaden your perspective about
who and how you are in your body; to gain insight about aspects of yourself you have forgotten or have not recognized before; to gift yourself the time and space to explore who you are now and who you are becoming. Crossing the on-site bridge on the Twin Bridges Trail is a metaphor for crossing into who we are becoming.
Studio in the Woods is in a natural setting surrounded by forestland with
trails and gardens that promote deep inquiry into personal development. With the support of nature, we explore our own personal organic movement. We value the body and the native intelligence that is inherent within. We listen deeply, witnessing ourselves and others, cultivating non-judgment and compassion.
Some experience in Authentic Movement practice and protocol is requested.
