Mary Lou Seereiter is a Registered Somatic Movement Educator and Therapist (RSMET), a Certified Practitioner of Body-Mind Centering®, a Certified Teacher of Body-Mind Centering®, a Certified Laban Movement Analyst® and a Certified Facilitator of Authentic Movement. She holds a Bachelor's and a Master's Degree from the University of Oregon in Dance with emphasis in Anatomy and Kinesiology.
